Lawsuit Crazy

Has anybody seen the absolutely absurd Quixtar lawsuit against 30 "John Doe" bloggers? It appears as if they are suing anything that moves, and possibly things that don't. If I were you, I'd think about hiring a lawyer for yourself, your family, and maybe even your pets. Good grief.

Is it just me, or does the usage of the term "property" and the dictatorial name change to Amway fly in the face of what America is built upon? Kind of makes me think that Abraham Lincoln wasted his time and that the Red Scare wasn't just a bunch of hype after all.
